الخدمة

PSTRAK أداة تساعد البيرسونال شوبر على إدارة طلبات العملاء والرحلات والحسابات، ومشاركة صفحات تتبع مع العملاء. PSTRAK مو طرف في البيع بين الشوبر وعملائه.

الحساب

الحساب مربوط برقم جوال صاحبه وكلمة مرور خاصة فيه، ولا ينعطى لأحد. لو تحتاج مساعدين، أضفهم كأعضاء فريق بحساباتهم الخاصة. صاحب الحساب مسؤول عن صحة البيانات المضافة، وعن موافقة العملاء على حفظ بياناتهم، وعن تصرفات أعضاء فريقه داخل الحساب.

الاشتراك

بعد التجربة المجانية يلزم اشتراك فعّال لإضافة أو تعديل البيانات. لو انتهى الاشتراك يصير الحساب للقراءة فقط وتظل روابط التتبع شغالة، ولو انوقف الحساب تتوقف الروابط. الإلغاء متاح في أي وقت.

الديمو

المتجر التجريبي للتجربة بس. البيانات فيه وهمية، وينمسح كامل بعد 24 ساعة، فلا تحط فيه بيانات حقيقية.

الاستخدام المقبول

ممنوع استخدام الخدمة لبيع بضائع مقلدة أو ممنوعة، أو لإرسال رسائل مزعجة، أو لمحاولة الوصول لبيانات الآخرين. نقدر نوقف أي حساب يخالف هالشروط.

المسؤولية

نبذل جهدنا عشان الخدمة تكون متاحة وآمنة، بس ما نضمن إنها تشتغل بدون انقطاع. ننصح بالاحتفاظ بنسخ من أي بيانات مهمة.

The service

PSTRAK is a tool that helps personal shoppers manage customer orders, trips and accounts, and share tracking pages with their customers. PSTRAK is not a party to any sale between a shopper and their customers.

Your account

An account is tied to its owner’s mobile number and their own password, and must not be shared. If you need help, add assistants as team members with their own logins. The account owner is responsible for the accuracy of the data they add, for getting their customers’ consent to store their data, and for what their team members do in the account.

Subscription

After the free trial, an active subscription is needed to add or edit data. If the subscription ends, the account becomes read-only and tracking links keep working; if the account is suspended, the links stop. You can cancel at any time.

Demo

The demo shop is for trying things out only. Its data is made up and it is deleted completely after 24 hours, so please do not put real data in it.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to sell counterfeit or prohibited goods, to send spam, or to try to access other people’s data. We may suspend any account that breaks these terms.

Liability

We do our best to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee it will run without interruption. Please keep copies of any data that matters to you.
