PSTRAK نظام لإدارة أعمال البيرسونال شوبر، مقرّه سلطنة عُمان. هذي الصفحة تشرح وش البيانات اللي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها.

البيانات اللي نجمعها

• بيانات الشوبر: رقم الجوال (للدخول)، اسم العلامة، الشعار، وبيانات التواصل المضافة في الحساب. كلمات المرور تنحفظ مشفّرة، وما نقدر نقراها.
• بيانات الفريق: لو أضاف الشوبر مساعدين، نحفظ أسماءهم وأرقامهم والصلاحيات اللي أعطاهم إياها.
• بيانات العملاء اللي يضيفها الشوبر: الاسم، رقم الجوال، المقاسات والملاحظات، الطلبات والدفعات. الشوبر هو المسؤول عن هالبيانات، ونحن نحفظها نيابةً عنه.
• طلبات التسجيل: الاسم والرقم وأي معلومات تنكتب في نموذج التسجيل.
• الديمو: المتجر التجريبي ما يطلب أي بيانات شخصية، وينمسح بعد 24 ساعة.
• بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP وسجلات أساسية لحماية الخدمة من الاستخدام المسيء.

كيف نستخدمها

نستخدم البيانات بس عشان نشغّل الخدمة: الدخول، عرض الطلبات، صفحات التتبع، والتواصل بخصوص الاشتراك. ما نبيع البيانات، وما نستخدمها للإعلانات.

من يشوف البيانات

كل حساب شوبر معزول عن غيره. العميل يشوف صفحة طلبه بس، بدون أسعار الشراء أو الأرباح. أعضاء الفريق يشوفون اللي يسمح لهم فيه صاحب الحساب. نستعين بمزودين لتشغيل الخدمة (الاستضافة والرسائل) ويلتزمون بحماية البيانات.

الحفظ والحذف

نحفظ البيانات طول ما الحساب فعّال. حذف الحساب والبيانات يكون بطلب منك بمراسلتنا، ونحذفها خلال 30 يوم إلا اللي يلزم القانون نحفظه.

PSTRAK is a system for running a personal shopping business, based in the Sultanate of Oman. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Shopper data: mobile number (used to sign in), brand name, logo, and the contact details added to the account. Passwords are stored hashed; we cannot read them.
• Team data: if a shopper adds assistants, we store their names, numbers and the permissions they were given.
• Customer data added by the shopper: name, mobile number, sizes and notes, orders and payments. The shopper is responsible for this data, and we store it on their behalf.
• Sign-up requests: the name, number and anything else written in the sign-up form.
• Demo: the demo shop asks for no personal data and is deleted after 24 hours.
• Technical data: IP address and basic logs, to protect the service from abuse.

How we use it

We use data only to run the service: signing in, showing orders, tracking pages, and contacting you about your subscription. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Every shopper account is isolated from the others. A customer sees only their own order page, without purchase prices or profit. Team members see what the account owner allows. We rely on providers to run the service (hosting and messaging), and they are bound to protect the data.

Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as the account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data by writing to us, and we will do so within 30 days, except for anything the law requires us to keep.
